Therefore, to overcome this problem, an environmentally friendly waste management boat is designed by using electric power for the boat's electrical equipment needs and propulsion. By analyzing the resistance, stability using Maxsurf Software, the size of the garbage boat is obtained, namely LOA = 5.50 m, LPP = 4.825, B = 2.30 m, H = 1.10 m and T = 0.27 m, with uses 2 batteries for propulsion and conveyors, and 12 solar panels. This boat has a crew of 3 people. made a prototype boat handling environmentally friendly waste by using electric power for the needs of boat electrical equipment and propulsion. By selecting materials using the SWOT method. The purpose of making this boat prototype is to make a waste management boat based on renewable energy and to make an environmentally friendly garbage boat.
Arif Fadillah Yudha Kurniawan Santosa Adam Adrian Putra Pratama Augustinus Pusaka Y. The initiative highlights the importance of equipping educators with AI-related skills that are both practical and pedagogically meaningful, especially as generative technologies become increasingly embedded in learning environments.
Herianto S.Pd., MT Bagus Tri Mahardika Suzuki Syofian Yan Sofyan Andhana Saputra Darsono Copyright (c) 2025 JEPTIRA https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-12-20 2025-12-20 3 2 32 36 10.70491/jeptira.v3i1.97 Workshop on Technical Drawing Using AutoCAD Mechanical for High School and Vocational School Teachers https://jeptira.id/index.php/jeptira/article/view/100
Mastery of technical drawing is an important skill in the world of education, especially in the field of engineering, including for high school teachers or equivalent who teach vocational fields such as mechanical engineering, automotive, and machining design. AutoCAD Mechanical as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software provides various features that facilitate the creation of technical drawings according to international standards. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' competency in creating technical drawings using AutoCAD Mechanical, so that they can integrate these skills into the learning process. The training was attended by 20 teachers from various vocational and general high schools. The implementation method included material delivery, demonstrations, and direct practice with instructor guidance. The results of the activity showed that 85% of participants were able to create 2D and 3D technical drawings according to ISO standards with an accuracy level above 90%. This training is expected to improve the quality of learning in schools, so that graduates have engineering design competencies relevant to industry needs
Ade Supriatna Didik Sugianto Sarah Isniah Gita Prawesti Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Teknologi, Ekonomi dan Humaniora https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-12-20 2025-12-20 3 2 37 41 10.70491/jeptira.v3i2.100 Introduction to AI and Computational Thinking for Teachers at SDIT Mafatih Bekasi https://jeptira.id/index.php/jeptira/article/view/127
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the demand for strengthening Computational Thinking (CT) skills make AI and CT literacy a key competency for educators in the 21st century. At the elementary level, particularly in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT), teachers play a crucial role in instilling systematic thinking and technological literacy from an early age, yet many teachers lack conceptual understanding or practical skills related to AI and CT. This community service activity aims to improve SDIT teachers' basic understanding of AI concepts, examples of AI applications in education, and the CT process and its implementation in elementary school learning activities. The activity was carried out in the form of face-to-face training that included material presentations, demonstrations of educational AI applications, and practical CT activity designs tailored to the characteristics of elementary school students. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge gains, and questionnaires to assess participants' perceptions and satisfaction levels. The implementation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge scores between before and after the training, accompanied by a more positive change in attitudes towards the use of AI and CT in the classroom. Teachers were also able to design simple and contextual CT-based learning activities for elementary school students. This activity shows that structured training with a combination of conceptual material and directed practice is effective in building AI and CT literacy among SDIT teachers.
Linda Nur Afifa Adam Arif Budiman Aji Setiawan Afri Yudha Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Teknologi, Ekonomi dan Humaniora https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-12-20 2025-12-20 3 2 42 45 10.70491/jeptira.v3i2.127 Strengthening SDIT Students Computational Thinking through Computational Thinking Activities - Unplugged Binary Digits and Product Codes https://jeptira.id/index.php/jeptira/article/view/128
Computational thinking (CT) is a key 21st-century competency that needs to be developed from elementary school level because it is related to problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and creativity in the context of digital technology. Teachers play a central role in integrating CT into learning, but many elementary school teachers are unfamiliar with the concept of CT or its learning strategies. One effective approach that is appropriate for the characteristics of elementary school students is the CT-Unplugged activity, a computer-free activity that represents core computer science concepts in a concrete and enjoyable way. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of SDIT Mafatih teachers in implementing two CT-Unplugged modules: how binary digits work and checking product code digits (check digits), as a means of strengthening students' CT. The training was conducted at SDIT Mafatih involving 23 teachers through material presentations, demonstrations, activity simulations, and lesson plan design. Evaluation used pre- and post-tests of CT knowledge as well as questionnaires on perceptions and confidence in teaching CT. The results showed an increase in teachers' knowledge scores regarding CT concepts and binary digit/product code materials, as well as increased confidence in adapting CT-Unplugged activities into classroom learning. Teachers also produced several learning activity designs that integrated the module with elementary school lesson themes. This activity demonstrated that structured CT-Unplugged-based training is effective in building CT literacy and pedagogical capacity in elementary school teachers.
Andi Susilo Timor Setiyaningsih Eva Novianti Yahya Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Teknologi, Ekonomi dan Humaniora https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-12-20 2025-12-20 3 2 46 51 10.70491/jeptira.v3i2.128
